Have you ever had one of those days where you don’t want to cook or go out for dinner? Well, we came home and decided to have a good Cabernet Sauvignon, some prosciutto, extra sharp cheddar and gorgonzola cheese (paired perfectly with this cab)! This 2014 Roberts + Rogers Cabernet Sauvignon, from the Louer family of St. Helena, was the right choice (something went right today). A dense ruby red with aromas of black cherries with just a hint of oak and vanilla. Smooth tannins, full bodied richness with a sexy texture across the tongue!
