Opened this 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from the family owned Dry Creek Vineyard in Sonoma County. It’s medium to full bodied with a bouquet of black cherries and dried blueberries. Fruit forward, dry across the tongue with a long finish. The acidity level was medium and tannins were high. I would give this another 3 years in the cellar for tannins to calm down. Paired nicely with greek gyros. This is a wine that you can drink alone or pair with a spicy meat. Giving this wine 3 glasses out of 5.
